August 2026 construction Update

It’s been a busy summer at Waterview Residences, with significant progress transforming the site. In July and August we:

  • Completed the level 3 deck podium slab

  • Completed level 3 east elevator and stair cores

  • Completed the underground waterproofing along the north side

  • Started level 4 east elevators and stair cores

We’re excited to continue sharing the progress as construction moves forward.
