October 2026 construction Update
Following a productive spring and summer, construction at Waterview Residences continues to make significant progress as the building takes shape in Dillon.
Over the spring and summer months, crews completed several major structural milestones, including the Level 1 slab on grade, Level 2 and Level 3 podium slabs, and the stair and elevator cores extending from Levels 3 through 6. Structural walls on Level 3 and the Level 4 deck were also completed, while waterproofing and backfill progressed along the north and east foundation walls.
With this foundational work in place, attention is now turning to the next phase of construction.
LOOKING AHEAD: FALL & WINTER
The months ahead will bring another exciting period of progress as Waterview continues upward and work increasingly moves into the building’s interior.
Planned milestones include:
Completing both stair systems from Levels 1B through 6
Completing walls and decks on Levels 4 through 6
Topping out the structure
Completing utility connections
Beginning interior non-structural framing
Advancing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection (MEPF) rough-ins
Beginning finishes and trim-out on Level 3
Receiving mechanical equipment
Reaching the top of the structure will mark an important milestone for Waterview, while the start of interior framing, building systems and finishes will begin bringing the residences themselves into greater focus. We look forward to sharing more progress as construction continues through the fall and winter.
