June 2026 construction Update

Momentum remains strong as we head into the height of summer here in Dillon, with excellent progress across the site. In June we:

  • Completed the level 2 deck with the final pour finishing on 6/29

  • Poured 24 columns from levels 1-2 and 2-3

  • Poured the level 2-3 stair core(the rectangular structure that will hold the stair case)

  • Completed half of the underground waterproofing on the East and North sides
